Do you offer a free consultation?

The first online meeting to establish your needs and to see if we are the right fit for you is completely free of charge.

We also offer face to face meetings (by appointment only) in Birmingham, London and Kings Hill (West Kent). There is however a charge for initial face to face meeting to cover the cost of travelling and meeting room rent.

Does it matter if I am not local to your firm?

The best part of working with Atbalsts UK LLP is that you don`t have to be local to us.

Is your business located in London or Kent? Great.

Manchester or Glasgow? Also good.

Are you Latvian business with a branch in UK? No worries at all, we are happy to assist.

Our accountancy work is done 100% online, which means our services are more efficient, secure and keep our fees low. But just because we are online, it doesn’t mean that we’re impossible to reach. We are simply a phone call, email, or video-call away.

The beauty of online accountants is that in most cases we will offer everything you need to ensure your tax compliance and help you operate tax efficiently - for one fixed monthly price.

Can we meet in person to discuss services you provide?

Most meetings with new clients are held online on Zoom which is the most cost and time effective way of meeting with us. The first online meeting is also completely free of charge.

What software do you use?

The vast majority of Atbalsts UK LLP clients are using Quickbooks Online (QBO) or Xero cloud software.

However, we also support customers using Sage, Pandle, FreeAgent and other software packages.

How much do you charge for accountancy and tax services?

Accepted Answer

All businesses are different and there is no one size fits all so the price is tailored to your specific needs and situation. Good service is worth the money.

Prices for Limited companies start from £175+VAT per month.

Prices for preparation of SA tax return start from just £200+VAT.

Question 7

Do I have to register for VAT?

Accepted Answer

A business must register for VAT if its taxable turnover for any consecutive 12-month period exceeds the VAT registration threshold of £85,000.

If the taxable turnover of your business does not exceed the current VAT registration threshold, it might be beneficial for you to register for VAT voluntarily to be able to reclaim VAT paid on your purchases.
